Underwear must be a foreign concept to Wing’s Chachamaru Ashikaga

You see, it’s not that she isn’t wearing underwear (well, her top can be cast off). It’s just how poorly she’s wearing it – oh my… Anyway, this is Wing’s Chachamaru Ahikaga, a character from the visual novel Full Metal Daemon Muramasa. It’s another entry in the “busty women loosely based on historical figures” genre that’s strangely popular in Japan. For me, I just can’t wait until we can finally see an American TV show where the Civil War is reimagined as a clash of barely-clothed high school girls.

Back to Chachamaru: she comes in both a normal edition and a DX version. The DX version includes a giant, mechanical spider so I’m guessing that’s the one you’ll want. The figure looks fine without it, but feels more complete in the DX package.

Pre-orders are up now, with the normal edition at ¥10,800 and the DX version at ¥19,800. That’s a lot but it is essentially two figures. Both will be out in November.
